Biography

Allison M. Escott has almost two decades of experience in advocating for her clients at all stages of defense. She values and protects the title of “Counselor,” taking that role seriously and believing that the responsibility to counsel clients is of upmost importance. With a varied background that stretches across industries, Allison has extensive experience from pre-suit Holt demands, litigation, discovery, working with expert witnesses, trial, and appellate practice. She has established and maintained relationships with Plaintiff attorneys, Judges, and Mediators, always working to deliver positive outcomes for her clients that meet their business objectives.

Allison focuses her practice on transportation, construction, commercial trucking, personal auto, litigation, premises liability, and construction defect. She is experienced in insurance coverage and defense, insurance litigation, products liability, uninsured motorist liability, and dispute resolution. Allison was recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2011 and from 2014-2020.

An Atlanta native, Allison gives back to the community by volunteering with pet rescue organizations. Out of the office, she enjoys spending time at her lake house in Blue Ridge, GA.
