Biography

Allison Marculitis (Allie) is an Attorney at Ottinger Employment Lawyers. She brings a thoughtful and practical approach to her work in employment law, drawing on her experience in both trial and appellate courts. Before joining the firm, Allison clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and later served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office Appeals Bureau, where she briefed and argued appeals before the Appellate Division.

During law school, Allison interned in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, worked with the Public Corruption Unit of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, and gained hands-on experience in employment litigation at a New York law firm. She also served as Senior Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review and was active in the Women’s Law Caucus.
