Allison Neal: Attorney with Hembree Bell Law Firm, PLLC

Biography

Allison Neal is an associate attorney at Hembree Bell Law Firm. Allison received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas with a B.A. in political science. After college, Allison attended law school and received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.

Eager to return to Texas, Allison took and passed the Texas bar in 2006. However, fate had other plans and a job opportunity with the ACLU of Alabama led to a move to Montgomery and another bar license. After 6 years with the ACLU of Alabama, Allison’s husband accepted a position in Virginia and the whole family tagged along. Allison soon became a Virginia lawyer working with local firms specializing in criminal defense and family law. Eventually, Allison and her family came to their senses and returned to the great state of Texas.

For over five years, Allison worked at the Texas Advocacy Project, a nonprofit law firm that represents survivors of intimate partner violence, stalking, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Here, Allison gained extensive experience in all aspects of family law. Allison’s mantra is justice and that is what she seeks to achieve for you and your family.
