Biography

Allison Rattet is a Southern California native who relocated to South Florida in 2019. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan., Ms. Rattet practiced in the Labor and Employment Group at an AmLaw 100 law firm, where she represented corporate employers in both single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation.

At Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Rattet represents employees in a wide range of employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. She also advises and represents individuals pursuing Title IX claims throughout the State of Florida.

Ms. Rattet earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and later earned her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She is a music enthusiast and Indiana University basketball fanatic. Ms. Rattet is admitted to practice in California and Florida.
