Alphonse F. Provinziano, Esq.

Alphonse Provinziano is a board member of the Los Angeles County Family Law Executive Committee. He is the founder of Provinziano & Associates, which focuses on all aspects of family law, including divorce and child custody disputes, domestic violence and restraining orders, grandparents’ rights, prenuptial agreements, and family matters involving celebrities and other high net-worth individuals. A longtime Los Angeles-based family law attorney, Provinziano is sought after for his years of experience navigating high-stakes divorces as well as his comprehensive knowledge of nuanced and complex financial matters.

A Certified Specialist in Family Law (CFLS) by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization, he focuses on providing excellent client service and aggressive advocacy to clients on a wide range of family law matters.

Provinziano is a former Deputy District Attorney and, since 2004, has represented clients in more than 160 trials and more than 2,000 unique matters, including litigated disputed divorces, child custody, spousal support, child support, guardianship, domestic violence, civil harassment restraining orders, and jurisdictional issues.

He is a board member of the California Lawyer’s Association Family Law Executive Committee for a term lasting from 2020 to 2023 and an elected Member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Board of Governors for the 2020 to 2022 term. He was also recently accepted as a Board Member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee for a term lasting from 2022 to 2025.

In the past, he was the elected Co-Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee from 2019-2020 and also served as the Co-Vice Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee from 2018 to 2020. Since 2018, Provinziano has volunteered as the Vice Chair Liaison of the Los Angeles Legislative Standing Committee for the California Lawyer’s Association Family Law Executive Committee, and since that same year he has also been a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee.

Provinziano graduated with a J.D. from U.C. Hastings in San Francisco with a concentration in Civil Litigation and received an award for the best student in Trial Advocacy II by the CACI Institute. As a law student, he worked for the District Attorney’s Office for Riverside County. Before starting Provinziano & Associates, he worked as a Deputy District Attorney for the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, attaining recognition for his detailed case preparation and successful outcomes in court. He has also worked for a San Francisco boutique law firm focusing on insurance defense litigation in federal and state courts.
