Biography

Ms. Pierre-Outerbridge has a decade of experience as a real estate attorney. As a landlord-tenant attorney, Ms. Pierre-Outerbridge has represented landlords, residential and commercial tenants and tenant associations in all aspects of summary proceedings, HP proceedings and Supreme Court litigation, Article 78 proceedings, DHCR and HPD cases and appeals at the Appellate Term and the Appellate Division. She has also litigated in the realm of foreclosure and construction. Ms. Pierre-Outerbridge has represented clients before the New York City Commission on Human Rights.

The firm services all aspects of real estate from the closing to the eventual sale and everything in between.

Ms. Pierre-Outerbridge is known for her tenaciousness, aggressive litigation style and no-nonsense courtroom persona. Ms. Pierre-Outerbridge is also skilled at negotiating settlements where they make sense.

Ms. Pierre-Outerbridge is fluent in French and Haitian Creole and is conversational in Spanish.

Prior to establishing the firm, Altagracia practiced at law firms in New York City, representing landlords and tenants.
