    Ms. Hadden has been City Attorney of Pine Bluff, Ar. for the past several years.In my dealings with her she has been civil and prompt. She has political ambitions and these at times cloud her legal opinions and practices.

    Ms. Hadden is the elected city attorney. She is apparently more politician than attorney. I have never had any ethical complaint of her however her knowledge and experience are not up to standard.
