Alvaro C. Sanchez

Alvaro C. Sanchez is an accomplished attorney who specializes in trusts, probate, and business litigation. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law after completing his Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Rollins College. Mr. Sanchez is admitted to practice law in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He became a partner within his law firm in 2016.

As an active litigator, Mr. Sanchez has extensive experience in trusts, probate, and business litigation. His practice areas also encompass business planning, wills and trusts, probate administration, guardianships, business contracts, and landlord-tenant relations. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Inns of Court (Calusa Chapter), Cape Coral Bar Association, Lee County Bar Association, and Collier County Bar Association. Born and raised in Wellington, Florida, Mr. Sanchez has a passion for outdoor activities such as aviation, saltwater fishing, sailing, and enjoying the outdoors. Coming from a close-knit Cuban-American family, he is fluent in both English and Spanish. In his community, Mr. Sanchez serves as a board member for the Cape Coral Animal Shelter and actively participates in organizations such as the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Harney Point of Cape Coral Kiwanis KidsFest, and the Young Professionals of Naples.
