Biography

Alyssa Weitkamp is an associate attorney in WSHB's Chicago, Illinois, office, handling complex civil litigation.

She graduated from DePaul University College of Law, where she served as president of the Art and Cultural Heritage Law Society and was a board member of the Journal for Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property. Prior to law school, Alyssa earned a BA in History from Missouri State University, focusing on ancient civilizations, and also minored in Journalism and French.

Before joining WSHB, Alyssa handled complex civil litigation cases, including construction litigation. She also gained valuable experience by serving for a year as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Cecilia A. Horan, which helped her develop her litigation skills and deepen her understanding of the litigation process.
