Biography

Alyssa Nicole Rispoli is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. Her practice focuses primarily on first party property.

Ms. Rispoli graduated magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Rispoli received her bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Florida State University.

While attending law school, Ms. Rispoli earned Dean's List honors, a CALI Book Award in Contracts, served as Justice for Operations for Moot Court Honor Society, and was an Articles Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to working at Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Rispoli served as a legal intern for the Innocent Convicts and worked as a Law Clerk at a defense firm dealing with Lemon Law and Magnuson Moss Warranty Claims.
