Biography

Alyssa Spadel is an Associate in the Labor & Employment department of the Philadelphia office. Prior to joining Margolis Edelstein, Alyssa served as a law clerk to the Honorable Benjamin D. Morgan, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court. Alyssa earned her juris doctor from Charleston School of Law. During law school, Alyssa served as a writer for the Resolved Law Journal. She was also a member of the VIS Moot International Commercial Arbitration team for two consecutive years, where she attended oral arguments in Vienna, Austria to represent her team. Her undergraduate degree is in Legal Studies, with a minor degree in Business.
