Biography

Amanda Rasmussen is a multifaceted attorney with a diverse range of experience in complex civil litigation. Her practice areas include transportation, data privacy, and commercial and business litigation.

Amanda received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she focused on Business and Corporate Law. During her time in law school, Amanda honed her skills through a clerkship at a law firm that specialized in defending employment class actions and complex litigation matters. She brings this valuable experience to her current practice, which includes both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to law school, she earned her undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of San Francisco.

In addition to her legal practice, Amanda holds a California Real Estate Salesperson license and maintains experience in real property transactions.
