Amanda Perry Lepre is an Associate with Pannone Lopes Devereaux & O’Gara and a member of the firm’s Banking and Creditor’s Rights Practice.

She focuses her practice on assisting lending clients with a wide range of sophisticated commercial transactions, including asset-based and real estate loans as well as foreclosures, work-outs and debt restructurings. Licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Attorney Lepre launched her legal career in 2017 at the Law Office of Joseph M. DiOrio, Inc., a prominent bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice that merged with PLDO in 2023.
