Biography

Amanda Pekin brings a diverse legal background and a client-focused perspective to her role at Hogan & Stickel, Inc. A graduate of the University of Arizona (1999) and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (2003), Amanda began her legal career with a prestigious judicial clerkship for The Honorable George M. Masuoka in Hawaii. She returned to California in 2004, gaining experience in civil, family, and criminal law before founding a successful criminal defense firm with her husband on the Mendocino Coast. After a career pause to support her family during the COVID-19 pandemic, Amanda resumed practice in 2022 at Hogan & Stickel, where she now concentrates on estate planning, conservatorships, and trust and probate law. Amanda is committed to guiding clients through estate matters, leveraging her problem-solving abilities and passion for learning to anticipate and address their needs.
