Amanda Roberts Pierson

In June 2014, Amanda Pierson faced a life-altering moment when her father unexpectedly passed away while she was studying for the bar. The experience left her grappling with grief and the overwhelming task of managing her father’s estate without prior preparation. Confronted with the complexities of probate, Amanda realized how much easier the process could have been with better planning and knowledge of her father’s wishes. This personal experience inspired Amanda to help others avoid similar challenges.Amanda now dedicates her practice to providing families with comprehensive estate planning and probate services. She understands the stress families endure during these times and strives to ease their burden by ensuring that both legal and personal matters are addressed with care. Her approach to estate planning focuses not just on legal documents but also on creating plans that alleviate stress and prevent familial conflict.

Graduating with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, Amanda was an associate editor of the Texas Law Review. Today, she uses her personal insights and unique skills to guide clients through preserving their legacy. Amanda shares her life with her husband Gene, an Intellectual Property lawyer, and their two young sons.
