Amanda Williamson brings nearly 20 years of experience as a family law attorney and Title 26 guardian ad litem and a wealth of experience and training in family mediation, child development, and all aspects of Family Law.

Her judicial experience in both King and Kitsap counties provides insights that allow her to present evidence in the most effective way. She brings all of her training and experience to bear in serving each of her clients.

Respected voice in the legal community

Since closing her law firm in Virginia and moving to Kitsap County, Amanda has become a respected voice in the legal community, both in and out of the courtroom. She serves as a Pro Tem Commissioner in King and Thurston County Superior Courts. She has developed vital statewide legal training for the Minor Guardianship GAL and Court Visitor Program. She currently serves as the president of the Kitsap Legal Aid Services board and serves on both the WSBA Court Rules and Procedures Committee. Locally, she serves on the Kitsap County Commission on Children and Youth.

Amanda graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law and holds over 100 hours of civil and family mediation training. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Gonzaga University. In 2008, Amanda earned a second Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Family Studies from the University of Washington School of Education.
