Biography

Amee L. Mazzarese is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She is a member of the Toxic Tort Group, Medical Malpractice Defense Group, Insurance Law and Litigation Group, and Church Law Group . She concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on toxic tort law, and her experience includes product liability and premises liability defense. Ms. Mazzarese is also engaged in medical malpractice defense litigation by representation of various healthcare providers including hospitals, physician groups, physicians, registered nurses, and nursing homes. She also handles insurance law matters including defense of insureds and coverage issues. Additionally, Ms. Mazzarese focuses on matters in the area of school district defense as part of the Education Law Group, where she represents school districts in civil rights, employment law, special education, and tort litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mazzarese gained experience in health law at Allegheny Health Network.
