Biography

Amir Bahreini is an experienced associate attorney at WSHB's Tampa, Florida office. His practice focuses on complex civil matters, particularly business and commercial litigation.

Amir has over 15 years of combined business and legal experience, including more than five years of direct legal work experience. He is a graduate of Cooley Law School in Tampa, Florida. Amir received four Book Awards in Contracts, Pre-Trial Skills, Trial Skills, and Advocacy during law school. He also participated in two national moot court competitions and the annual Florida moot court competition.

Before embarking upon a career in law, Amir was an advisor/consultant for a private capital investment firm and two tech startups. He has worked with businesses of various sizes, including global Fortune 1000 companies.
