Biography

Amos Naim is a member in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Amos has experience providing legal advice with respect to all types of real estate transactions. Amos advises major Israeli real estate companies on the legal aspects of the selling and marketing of large-scale residential projects, as well as marketing and leasing of various types of commercial complexes, such as shopping centers and business parks, in addition to advising in other matters or areas of yielding real estate.

Additionally, Amos advises clients on drafting contracts, including lease contracts, financing contracts, real estate assets contracts and agreements between contractors and suppliers. He advises companies on sale and purchase transactions of real estate property for commercial and residential use, and advises international commercial companies, from different fields, on lease and purchase transactions of real estate properties for their continuous use.
