Biography

Amy Vigneron focuses her practice in the areas of Business and Corporate Law as well as Commercial and Residential Real Estate.

Ms. Vigneron has been a trusted partner to businesses for over 30 years. She provides legal counsel to clients on a wide array of transactional matters, to assist in realizing their business goals. Ms. Vigneron is experienced representing a wide array of organizations, including: large corporations, limited liability companies, family-owned businesses, partnerships, small businesses, and sole proprietorships. Her practice includes representing purchasers and sellers in stock and asset purchase transactions for corporations, LLCs, and other business enterprises.

Ms. Vigneron has significant experience providing legal guidance to all stakeholders involved in real estate transactions, including: purchasers, sellers, commercial and residential developers, multi-tenant property owners, and lending institutions. She serves as an advocate for clients on all facets of real estate transactions. In addition, Ms. Vigneron is experienced representing lending institutions on construction and permanent real estate mortgage loans as well as all types of lending, including term loans, lines of credit, revolving credit arrangements, and SBA (7a) and 504 loans.

Ms. Vigneron served as Legal Counsel for the Cheektowaga Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) from 2017-2024. In this role, she represented the CEDC as the lender in commercial loan closings to Town of Cheektowaga businesses.
