Biography

Ms. Bauersachs focuses her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining Capehart Scatchard, Ana-Eliza served as a law clerk for The Honorable James R. Wolf, First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, Florida.

Chair, Diversity and Inclusion Committee: February 2024 to Present.

Ms. Bauersachs is fluent in Portuguese.
