Biography

Ms. Cohen focuses her practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense Litigation of insurers in insurance coverage disputes throughout the state of Florida where many of the claims involve windstorm, mold, and water losses. While in law school, Ms. Cohen was a Senior Staff member of the Nova Law Review and she interned at the Office of the Public Defender in West Palm Beach. Ms. Cohen has extensive experience in the default servicing industry where she represented major institutional lenders and servicers in secured creditors’ rights litigation. Ms. Cohen is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Cohen is licensed to practice law before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
