Anastasia B Salmon

Anastasia Salmon is a Shareholder with Drobny Rosenthal Law Offices, PC. She is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada. Anastasia is also certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. Anastasia has been named as one of the Top Probate Attorneys in Sacramento by Sacramento Magazine and was recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Anastasia advises clients in both California and Nevada regarding estate planning and trust and probate administrations, but her practice at Drobny Law Offices, Inc. is largely focused on trust and estate litigation. These litigation matters involve trust and will contests, as well as prosecuting and defending alleged fiduciary breaches of trust or other contested matters related to trusts, wills, conservatorships, and financial elder abuse. She draws from her broad range of experience to provide her clients with comprehensive, honest counseling and zealous representation in both transactional and disputed matters.

Anastasia was born and raised in Reno, Nevada, where her mother still resides. Outside of the office, Anastasia enjoys indoor target practice, baking, and Sunday brunch with friends and family. You can often find her cheering on her Philadelphia Eagle or chasing after her fur babies: Izzy and Elsa.
