Biography

Anda Malescu is a Board Certified Specialist in International Law, practicing in Florida. She provides expert legal services to U.S. and international clients on corporate structures, international transactions, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and immigration matters, including EB-5, E-2, L-1, TN, and H-1B visas.

Ms. Malescu began her career at Kravitz & Co., focusing on business structuring and international transactions. She holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws from the University of Miami, along with a Master of Science in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor of Arts from Eckerd College. Her background includes experience in finance and a role as President of the Florida Chapter of the Romanian-American Chamber of Commerce.

Her publications cover visa impacts and innovative immigration options, and she has received awards for her work in Mergers and Acquisitions and Economics. Ms. Malescu is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar.
