Andre S. Digou is a member of CRF's Bankruptcy, Receivership and Insolvency Group; Business & Civil Litigation Group; and the Business, Corporate and Non-Profit Group. Andre focuses on insolvency, commercial litigation, and corporate law. Clients turn to Andre for guidance on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters—from resolving business disputes and litigating high-stakes cases to structuring transactions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. As an experienced insolvency lawyer and court-appointed receiver, he regularly assists businesses, fiduciaries, and stakeholders in navigating financial distress, restructuring and reorganization, and asset preservation or liquidation. Andre handles complex creditor and debtor issues and is frequently appointed by courts or retained as counsel in insolvency matters across various industries in state and federal proceedings.

In his litigation practice, Andre represents clients in all types of business disputes, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, and commercial torts.
