Andre Wooten was regrettably involved in submitting a false declaration to the US District Court for the District of Hawaii - an act which resulted in a 90 day suspension from the practice of law in Feb 2013. This conduct was not the Andre Wooten that I know. I believe that that conduct was an aberration in an otherwise long and storied career. Read less

It is my firm belief that Mr. Wooten has overcome some difficulties which he had a few years ago in his law practice, that he learned from the events and that he is now a better man and a better equipped lawyer to zealously represent his clients..
