Biography

Andrea McNairy is a trial attorney with emphasis on wrongful death, product liability, premises liability and complex auto accident litigation. Ms. McNairy has litigated cases throughout Missouri and Illinois and has briefed cases for appeal, including cases for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Seventh Circuits. She has also litigated several cases in federal courts across the country.

Ms. McNairy was named as one of the Top 40 Under 40 National Trial Lawyers in Missouri, a Rising Star for Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers, Up & Coming Lawyer by Missouri Lawyers Weekly and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. She was also recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly on several occasions for being one of Missouri’s Winningest Plaintiff’s Lawyers.

Andrea is very active in several pro bono programs including the Missouri Eastern District volunteer limited scope representation group and Illinois Southern District pro bono volunteer group. These groups focus on providing free counsel and assistance to persons of limited means and income.

Ms. McNairy received her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law where she was Managing Editor of the Public Law Review and received an Academic Excellence Award. Andrea received undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
