Prior to joining Cohen Clair, Ms. Phillips began her career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP as an associate representing clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and arbitration matters.Ms. Phillips received her B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and her J.D. from Columbia Law School. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the First Circuit Court of Appeals. She also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Ronnie Abrams of the United States District Court, Southern District.

Ms. Phillips has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for the New York Metro Area and has been selected by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Family Law in 2026.
