Biography

Andrea N. Chidyllo, an associate in the litigation group of Greenberg Traurig's New York office, focuses her practice on general commercial litigation and other complex business disputes. Her experience spans a wide range of industries, including the consumer products, pharmaceutical/medical device, real estate, financial services, and energy sectors. She has experience participating in cases in state and federal courts as well as with alternative dispute resolution, including both AAA arbitration and mediation. Andrea has experience drafting complex briefs and motions, participating in virtually all aspects of fact and expert discovery, preparing witnesses for oral testimony, and assisting in various stages of trial preparation. Andrea also has experience with class actions and appeals, including drafting appellate briefing in New York appellate courts.
