Andrea Seffens Turner

Andrea has a wide array of experience as a business litigator and aviation attorney. She is also a podcast personality, who has a knack for taking dusty, dry details and styling them into a compelling and accessible story. Andrea has worked on matters from jet bridges collapsing to helicopter crashes to copyright and trademark litigation. Andrea also spent time as a clerk at the Railroad Commission of Texas, focusing on energy-related matters. She loves taking complicated issues and turning them into a good story. Her practice is centered around a recognition that jurors and judges are people, too, and a great story captures their attention and ensures they will listen to the client's side of the story.

Andrea is also passionate about ensuring non-legal professionals have a basic understanding of the law. She co-founded the podcast #Lawyered, where she discusses legal issues in business matters and major trials in a cheeky but accessible manner. By ensuring non-lawyers have access to a basic understanding of legal issues, they are empowered to have confidence in discussing the latest trial or legal issues they read or hear on the news. When Andrea is not working, playing amateur barista, or in a Pilates class, she can be found volunteering with the Junior League of Dallas or the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
