Andres is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office and focuses his practice on corporate, banking, and finance law. He has wide-ranging experience representing buyers and sellers in public and private M&A transactions, as well as in financing, infrastructure projects, and the telecommunications sector.

He advises companies in a variety of industries, including banking, telecommunications, energy, and education.

The conversion into equity is subject to regulatory approval from the Mexican Antitrust Commission and the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.; Representation of a leading investment fund in the education sector in Mexico, in acquisitions of several companies that provide educational services throughout Mexico.; Assisting with the corporate governance and several infrastructure authorizations for Red de Carreteras de Occidente.; Representation of Mexican private clients in financing transactions and financial restructurings granted by several Mexican credit institutions.;
