Mr. Arcuri is a 1986 graduate of Pace Law School, and he has been a partner in Kelly, Luglio & Arcuri since 1990. Admitted to practice law in New York including the federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Mr. Arcuri's primary areas of practice include personal injury litigation, commercial transactions, insurance disputes, landlord/tenant proceedings and other civil matters. His construction background provides him with practical experience that is crucial to the successful prosecution of workplace injury cases. He has successfully prosecuted numerous claims resulting in six and seven figure verdicts and settlements.

Mr. Arcuri is active in the community, embodying the belief that we should all share the gift of our time and experience for the good of others. He has been a member of the Board of Education in the Bay Shore School District since 2004, and is currently serving his second term as President. As a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, he provided free legal services to family members seeking compensation from the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund. Mr. Arcuri is also a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training and annually runs marathons to raise money for the organization. He and his family are active members and frequent lectors at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Deer Park.
