Andrew C. Oberst

Andrew Oberst is a litigation attorney in the areas of business law, estates, probate and real estate. He prides himself on being available to clients and counsel them during stressful times.

Mr. Oberst began his professional career in the Information Technology sector at a local mid-sized law firm. While working full time, Mr. Oberst then attended night classes at Golden Gate University in San Francisco to obtain his JD, where he finished the entire night program a semester early. While studying at Golden Gate, his studies were focused in the areas of civil litigation, trial, business law and intellectual property.

Upon graduating and passing the bar, Mr. Oberst began working as a litigator where he gained extensive experience in appeals, written pre-trial and post-trial motions, depositions, and also serving as second chair in two jury trials. He has also authored three successful answering briefs in opposition to appeals in the Ninth Circuit and First District Court of Appeals.

Mr. Oberst has also worked on extremely complex matters involving eDiscovery and understands the intricacies of all modern electronic communication networks. He also has experience in the areas of website design, databases and multiple computer programing languages.

Finally, Mr. Oberst is also a talented graphic designer who enjoys presenting his client’s cases in an especially unique way to mediators, arbitrators, judges, and juries.
