Biography

Mr. Hallerman joined Kelly, Rode & Kelly, LLP as an associate in 2017. Mr. Hallerman handles all facets of medical malpractice litigation from case inception up until trial. Prior to joining Kelly, Rode and Kelly, LLP, Mr. Hallerman worked for a number of prominent firms in the New York metropolitan area handling all aspects of insurance defense litigation before ultimately focusing his area of practice on the defense of medical malpractice actions.

Mr. Hallerman was raised in White Plains, New York and graduated from Binghamton University in 1994 with a dual degree in biology and studio art. Mr. Hallerman then completed graduate course work at New York Medical College School of Basic Medical Sciences before earning his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2000. Mr. Hallerman is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York and the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Outside of legal practice, Mr. Hallerman enjoys working out, drawing and spending time with his wife and daughter.
