Biography

Andy represents victims of Personal Injury, Medical Mistakes, and Wrongful Death. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell; a National Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate and has been named in “Super Lawyers” every year since 2006 (an honor bestowed upon 5% of Pennsylvania Lawyers).

Andy grew up in South Philadelphia, where he attended Bishop Neumann High School and later received his undergraduate degree at LaSalle College. He helped support himself through college by playing the drums in the rock group: Fire & Ice. He attended Law School as an evening student at Widener University School of Law while working at the City Solicitor’s Office in Philadelphia.

After receiving his Law degree, he was hired by well-known Philadelphia attorney, Tom Rutter who had a state-wide litigation practice. Andy was with the Rutter firm for fifteen years during which time he obtained extensive experience representing accident victims and trying cases throughout Pennsylvania in the State and Federal Courts.

Since 1998, Andy has volunteered as a Judge Pro Tempore in Philadelphia County where he has worked with attorneys and litigants. He is also a Member and Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Fee Dispute Committee and a member of the Board of Directors of Quaint Oak Bank in Southampton, Bucks County, PA.
