Andrew Feldman

Andrew Feldman attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, and attained both his undergraduate and legal degrees from this institution. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Court, and handles matters for clients throughout New York State. He has distinguished himself by counseling and defending professionals in all fields, particularly in the areas of health care and professional liability. He is experienced in matters involving products liability, environmental law, toxic tort law, labor law, personal injury, insurance coverage and health law. With over 35 years of active practice, Mr. Feldman has also developed risk management/quality assurance programs for various firm clients. Mr. Feldman lectures and writes extensively on a variety of subjects, including risk management, and has given presentations at the national and international levels. He is frequently published in various periodicals and local and national newsletters. Mr. Feldman is a faculty member and lecturer with the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education programs and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. Additionally, he lectures at numerous hospitals and universities throughout the county on various medical legal issues, and has chaired a panel for the Erie County Trial Lawyers Association Arbitration program. He is a former officer of the Erie County Trial Lawyers Association, and a former Chairman of the Erie County Bar Association Insurance Committee and the Medical Jurisprudence Committee. Mr. Feldman is a member of the Erie County, New York State, American, and International Bar Associations and the International Association of Insurance Counsel. Mr. Feldman is listed in Who's Who in American Law. Author: "Medical and Legal Dimensions," Management for Physicians, 1983.
