Biography

Drew Yoder has extensive experience handling everything from small collection matters to complex, multi-billion dollar legal claims and risk issues, as well as major insurance recovery matters.

Drew commands an impressive portfolio of broad commercial litigation. Drew's litigation experience includes defending patent infringement claims and overseeing the defense of over 30,000 nation-wide chemical exposure, products and premises liability, and mass tort lawsuits.

Before going in-house, Drew worked in private practice with a major international law firm headquartered in Houston. Following graduation from law school, Drew spent a year as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable W. Royal Furgeson, Jr. of the United States Court for the Western District of Texas, managing an active litigation docket, including a series of back-to-back jury and bench trials, that provided Drew with invaluable early practical insights regarding how to effectively and efficiently represent clients in litigation.
