Biography

Andrew Basye is a Florida native who earned his Bachelor of Arts from Rollins College in 2015 before pursuing his legal education at the University of Virginia School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2020. His early legal background included work in corporate and real estate, which gave him a strong foundation in complex transactions, risk analysis, and detailed legal strategy. After completing his education and gaining experience, Andrew returned to Naples with a clear goal of using his skills to help people more directly.

Andrew is now an attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Naples office, where he focuses on premises liability cases. He brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to personal injury law, combining his analytical background with a genuine commitment to advocating for individuals harmed by negligence.
