Biography

Andrew Lynch is a Partner at DuRard, McKenna & Borg. He has been practicing as a Workers’ Compensation attorney for more than 25 years and is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law.

Andrew is active in the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA), a statewide attorney organization that promotes public policy, education and engagement for the benefit of injured workers. He was a CAAA Monterey Bay Chapter President from 2006 through 2008. Andrew has provided educational instruction at both CAAA continuing education events and shop steward training for unions in Northern California.

Andrew graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctorate from UC Davis, King Hall School of Law.
