Biography

Andrew M. Neubardt joined Heidell, Pittoni, Murphy & Bach, LLP as a partner in the White Plains office in 2011.

Mr. Neubardt’s practice focuses on medical and other professional malpractice as well as general liability litigation. He has more than 30 years of federal and state civil litigation experience focusing on litigation at the trial and appellate stages.

Mr. Neubardt has litigated matters dealing with most medical specialties and has concentrated on catastrophic injury cases secondary to cardiac and neurosurgical care, cancer misdiagnosis and obstetrical injuries with claims of neonatal injury. He has also defended OPMC, employment and sexual discrimination claims.

Mr. Neubardt is a member of the Executive Committee and Secretary of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association.
