Biography

Andrew M. Grassel is an Associate Attorney at SSJ and licensed to represent clients throughout California. Andrew’s areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Business Disputes, Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Licensing, Administrative Law, Real Estate and Land Use Law.

After obtaining a B.A. in Philosophy from California State University Long Beach, Andrew earned a J.D. from Southwestern Law School. At Southwestern, Andrew graduated with a Public Service Distinction for his pro bono work at the Los Angeles LGBT Center and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Prior to joining SSJ, Andrew worked at two boutique civil litigation firms in the Los Angeles area. He has represented many small businesses and individuals in litigation matters ranging from commercial real estate to personal injury. He has won and successfully defended countless motions and found a special love for provisional remedies.

In his spare time, Andrew loves reading contemporary fiction, rocking out to live music, exploring outside, and pretending to be a Michelin Inspector.
