Andrew Rankin

Drew is originally from Highland, Illinois. Drew is a Partner at Stange Law Firm, who manages the East Region of the Firm. Drew has been with Stange Law Firm since 2015.

Drew obtained his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University. After college Drew worked as a professional pilot and flight instructor where he worked hand in hand with pilots and student pilots. Drew then went on and earned his Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. After law school, Drew gained experience working for another law firm in Illinois and the Office of the State’s Attorney for Madison County, Illinois. Recently, Drew completed mediation training and can now assist clients with mediation in their matters. Thus, you can be sure that Drew has the knowledge to help you through your family law case.

Drew was named a Super Lawyers Honoree for Family Law by Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine for 2025. This is a prestigious honor that recognizes only 5% of attorneys in the state of Illinois. Drew was previously a Rising Stars Honoree for Family Law by Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine in 2020, which recognizes no more that 2.5% of attorneys in the state of Illinois. Additionally, Drew has been “Lead Counsel Verified” for Family Law since 2016. Attorneys become “Lead Counsel Verified” after having the appropriate level of experience, peer recommendations and a spotless disciplinary record.

When not helping his clients, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
