Managing Partner: Whiting, Fallon, Ross & Abel, LLP. Selected for inclusion in Northern California Super Lawyers® every year since 2004. He was also designated on the Top 100 Attorneys list in Northern California Super Lawyers® in 2008 and 2009. In addition, he was selected by his peers for inclusion in “The Best Lawyers in America” in the specialty of Family Law for the years 2008 through 2014. Most recently, he was selected by Best Lawyers® as the 2017 Lawyer of the Year in Family Law for the Oakland metro area, including Contra Costa and Alameda counties. Andy served for two years on the Contra Costa County Judicial Evaluations Committee. In 2012, he was Vice-Chairman and in 2013 he served as Chairman of the Committee.
