Andrew J. Schellhammer focuses his practice on real estate law, estate planning and administration, commercial lending, and corporate law.

Andrew routinely advises clients in transactions involving the purchase and sale of all types of real property, including, residences, rental properties, vacant land, and commercial/industrial properties. Andrew is experienced in all aspects of the real estate transaction process, including the preparation and execution of an Agreement of Sale, complex due diligence matters, closings, and title insurance needs. He also assists clients in commercial lending matters.

Andrew also assists clients with estate administration and on estate planning matters, including the preparation of simple and complex wills, trusts, healthcare durable powers of attorney/living wills, and durable powers of attorney.
