Biography

Andrew Sterling is a shareholder in the London office’s Private Equity Real Estate team. His practice focusses on advising sponsors and managers on real estate M&A and joint ventures across all real estate asset classes. In particular, he has a focus on the wider living and hospitality sectors where he advises on the full transaction lifecycle from structuring through to sale - including a specialism in negotiating hotel management agreements.
