Andrew Castillo was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Marshall University in 2016. He later went on to graduate cum laude and attain his Juris Doctorate from Northern Illinois University College of Law. While at NIU, Andrew got meaningful hands-on experience from his internships with Prairie State Legal Services. Following law school, Andrew returned to his home state of West Virginia to serve the community he was raised in and was admitted to practice law in 2023 in West Virginia. Andrew then went to work for Disability Rights of West Virginia, representing some of the most vulnerable populations in the state. Andrew enjoys reading, gaming, and golfing in his spare time, as well as spending quality time with his wife Paige and his two cats, Mazi and Mercie.
