Biography

Andrzej Dunikowski is a transactional lawyer specializing in M&A, corporate law and corporate restructuring. He advises companies on M&A projects as well as on the establishment, transformation, demerger and liquidation of companies. He also assists foreign investors both in establishing their business in Poland and in their day-to-day operations. With more than 10 years of experience, he assists clients in the management and supervision of companies, focusing on corporate issues, advises on the creation of supervisory models and relations between corporate authorities and shareholders, including corporate disputes. He is the author of publications on companies and commercial law.
