Andy Goldstein has a distinct legal, technology, political science, and musical background that provides him valuable strategic tools when resolving the complex issues our clients face. Born and raised near St. Louis, MO, Andy focuses his practice in matters involving immigration, family law, government and administrative law, and business disputes. He also assists clients in litigation and non litigation matters involving government agencies, deportation and removal defense, immigration petitions, professional licensure, board investigations, administrative hearings and appeals, health law, contracts, real and personal property, estate contests, guardianships, conservatorships, advanced directives, political campaigns, legal permanent residence, and naturalization.

Throughout his immigration and family law practice, Andy advises clients on the most strategic ways to accomplish their goals while minimizing legal risk regarding their immigration status and family members. Andy is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients while assisting them in resolving delicate and complicated legal scenarios. Andy holds a Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, TN, a Computer Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, and a Political Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He is licensed in Tennessee. Andy is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, the Immigration Courts of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. He is a Notary Public.
