Biography

Andy Sears is a trial attorney with a diverse practice that includes premises liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, transportation, and workers’ compensation. Mr. Sears has successfully tried cases in both state and federal courts throughout Wyoming and has argued before the Wyoming Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Hall & Evans, Mr. Sears was a Partner at Murane & Bostwick, LLC. Before private practice, Mr. Sears served as Law Clerk at the First Judicial District Court of the State of Wyoming where he clerked for the Honorable Peter Arnold, Honorable Michael Davis, Honorable Thomas Campbell, and Honorable Edward Grant.
