Andy Winchell

Attorney Andy Winchell has spent his legal career almost exclusively in the fields of bankruptcy and foreclosure defense since his graduation from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1996.

Andy is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist, as approved by the American Board of Certification. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Erithe A. Smith in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and is also a two-time graduate of Max Gardner's Bankruptcy Boot Camp, considered among the best training programs for consumer bankruptcy and foreclosure defense attorneys in the country.
